Barristers Block Wedding | Jenny & Dale

I first met Jenny and Dale at Barristers Block after an unseasonably wet season. There was water everywhere and we hoped it would clear up in order for their unique and ‘party-themed’ wedding to run to plan. Luckily, when January rolled around the sun was shining. The party – complete with crowd surfing – could go without a hitch!

Barristers Block has so many sweet ceremony spots and Jenny and Dale chose the ethereal forest. It was calm, quiet and cool and such a beautiful and private space. With the deer watching on from the paddock they said their vows. After their ceremony we went for a wander around the property which includes some beautifully photogenic landscapes. The reception commenced after a little crowd surfing action which the couple filmed on their drone – so fun!

There is nothing quite like a winery wedding with the benefit of limiting the travel for your guests by staying on one site and no travel for your bridal party for location photos. With some wineries even incorporating accommodation it is the perfect recipe for a stress-free wedding day. What could be better than waking up, getting ready, walking down the aisle and celebrating with friends and family all on one property?
