Sheriffmuir Garden was the perfect location to escape from the heat on Taiggan and Jacob’s wedding day. It was one of the hottest days in January and the huge oak trees provided a much needed escape from the heat for guests.
When I met with Taiggan and Jacob they told me their story, which included their wedding plans put on hold for a time while they welcomed their daughter Isabella into their lives. Isabella played a big part in their day and they wanted to include her as much as possible. In essence, it was a day for the three of them as a family.
Taiggan and her bridesmaids had bouquets by Ashlee Lauren which was a perfect choice for the hot weather!
Jacob and his groomsmen arrived at the ceremony on their motorbikes. Their ceremony was charged with emotion and so many tears. They had warned me that Taiggan is an especially emotional person but Jacob proved to be just as moved. No more so then when he spotted Isabella walking down the aisle.
They held their reception at the Mt Gambier Racecourse where the views over the course were stunning. Taiggan had the tables decorated in gold sequin fabric and tables named after romantic movie couples – so fun!
