New Headshots | Photographer in front of the camera

It’s been a busy few weeks filled with big life changes, a new start and new opportunities.

At the end of last month Luke and I decided to end our relationship. I don’t like to air my dirty laundry and this isn’t a post about our relationship. However, ultimately this led to the decision to make a permanent move from Adelaide to Mount Gambier. Ten years ago (can you believe it’s been that long?!), when I moved to the city, I needed to get away, find my feet and discover more about the world…but now I find myself more than happy to be living back near so many of my family.

The best thing? I still have some fabulous friends still living in the area who I am so excited to be reconnecting with. I am so thankful for the girls who have welcomed me, and make me feel as though I’d never left!

The great news for Adelaide friends and clients is that I will be travelling between Adelaide and Mount Gambier on a regular basis (easily once or twice a month) and have plenty of time for client meet ups, photo shoots and friend catch ups.

The second bit of great news? There are amazing photographers out there who I will be inviting to second shoot for me (although Luke will be jet setting to Samoa with me in May to shoot our first destination wedding! Yahoo, Celeste and Daniel, I’m counting down!).

To commemorate this new business stage Luke and I wandered down to a local park and took some cute new headshots. I will be the first one to admit that I am MUCH more comfortable BEHIND the camera! One of these pics will appear in Lifestyle 1 magazine, so keep an eye out for it Mount Gambier friends! Inevitably, the furball also got an updated headshot! I think he easily ‘out-cutes’ me…
